Still in Love

Thursday, 11th October 2012

Drayton Theatre, Drayton Arms, 153 Old Brompton Road, London SW5 0LJ

Produced by Greenaway Theatre Company, throughout October.

A psychological drama by Ian Winterton at the Drayton Theatre, a recently re-opened fringe venue, above the Drayton Arms, South Kensington.

A beautiful young woman is found naked in a canal in Manchester. She wakes up in a psychiatric hospital and has no idea who she is. A man arrives claiming to be her husband. The Doctor in charge and the Detective Inspector seem to have their own agendas...

An exciting and riveting play. Splendid portrayal of the intriguing, provocative, patient, by young actress Eloise Lovell Anderson. David Dawkins was perfect as the seemingly, trusty, overworked Doctor in charge.

The Drayton Arms has a good selection of wines and you can take your glass into the Theatre to enjoy during the performance. I recommend the Pinot Noir; delicious and edgy, but not too high in alcoholic volume at 12.5%.

Looking forward to the Drayton Theatre's FRAULINE ELSE this November.
