In the Vase

Saturday, 2nd June 2012

In the vase this month:

Delphiniums – tall and graceful, with tumbling arched tips, they bring a touch of country cottage to any elegant vase.

Alliums – onion family, but far from what you see in the greengrocers!. Huge dandelion type head`s in beautiful mauves and greens. Change the water every 2 – 3 days as they will smell quite pungent if left too long.

Irises – a paintbox range of colours, and a staple British exotic.

Bluebells – there might be some left, and they don`t last that long, but they are so pretty in a simple bunch.
