The White Room in Knightsbridge

Monday, 5th September 2011

The White Room is an up-market beauty haven located on Walton Street - one of the most charming ‘destination streets’ in Knightsbridge. The exclusive beauty rooms have a delightful tranquil ambience designed specifically for customers who want serious pampering and skin care in a luxurious and discreet environment.

The White Room use their own premium product line Clé des Champs alongside Medik8 and Bastien Gonzales, and offer an intensive rejuvenating, restorative and relaxing experience for the entire face and body.

At the heart of every treatment is an in-depth consultation carried out by highly trained therapists that enables them to treat the skin and body as individually as the client. The White Room also has a private gym in Belgravia that provides focused personal training in a luxury environment.

Sophia who is the Manager and facialist at the White Room began her career in Beauty therapy 14 years ago. Her passion for skin and beauty began during her time in Brunei where she worked for the Royal Family and it was there, due to high temperatures, that she began noticing the damaging effects that UVA/B rays were having on her skin and those around her.

Having studied in London and worked as a beauty therapist before specialising in facials and massage mainly in North West London, she was consequently listed in various publications for her wonderful results-driven face treatments and customised massage. Sophia says: “I have a logical approach when treating skin; it’s purely about knowing how to protect and treat the skin and passing this information onto the client. Each treatment I perform is truly individual and a complete reflection of my understanding, care and passion for what a client really needs.”
