Kensington and Chelsea College has teamed up big names from the arts industry such as the V&A and National Portrait gallery amongst others, to pave the way for exciting jobs in the creative and cultural sector.
Iconic London theatres, museums and art galleries– including The Science Museum, The Royal Opera House, Hampton Court Palace and The Tower of London - are now working exclusively with the college to offer a wide
range of apprenticeship opportunities within their organisation.
The college has been successfully building creative and cultural links across London through its KCC Works division – the arm of the college dedicated to working with local and national employers to deliver a range of apprenticeships.
This month the college is pleased to offer three new apprenticeship positions within The National Portrait Gallery covering job roles in Design, Corporate Development and Administration. The deadline is Thursday August 16 and the college is urging anyone interested in the three roles to contact Michael Michaelides, Business Development

Matt Wojtyniak, KCC Works Manager, said:
“We have been making some great progress in the creative and cultural sector and this is resulting in some brilliant opportunities for the local community.
“An apprenticeship is a great way to develop a career, as well as gain a recognised qualification and practical experience within the industry. I’d strongly encourage anyone with an interest in the arts to come forward for the roles being advertised.”
Christopher Burton, an Apprentice from Orleans House Gallery, said:
“The opportunity I have been given is brilliant. I enjoy working in the art industry and I have more recently picked up an interest in museums that I had not had before working for Orleans House. The collaboration between the college and the V&A is great, and works very well. I wouldn’t have had the chance to do this otherwise.”
