Tuesday, 8th May 2012

Children aged between five to ten are invited to come along to Kensington Central Library on Wednesday 23 May 2012, from 3.30 to 5pm for the launch of Kids' Kensington: Incredible tales from Kensington Palace.

Kids' Kensington reveals the stories of some of its more colourful residents including grumpy kings, clever queens, naughty princesses, savage beasts, wild boys and ferocious rat-killers. This fun-filled book is written by Natasha Narayan.

This event for families will include storytelling, book signing and refreshments. Natasha has had many jobs in journalism, including working as a foreign correspondent in Bosnia, Albania and Georgia. She was also an education correspondent on the The Observer. She now writes children's books and her recent work includes the Kit Salter adventures.

Places are strictly limited, so please book your place early at Kensington Central Library. For more information contact 020 7361 3010 or email: libraries@rbkc.gov.uk
